ZSL Whipsnade Zoo

Spot the fastest land animal on Earth at Cheetah Rock, crane your neck up to say hi to the residents of Giraffe Heights and check out the physiques at Chimpnasium.

Life takes a slower pace with the elephants and you can make friends with miniature donkeys, pygmy goats, pigs and piglets, and bunnies and guinea pigs at Hullabazoo Farm. There are also daily talks so you can learn more about the lives of the animals.

You can also have a sleepover at Whipsnade at Lookout Lodge. This overnight experience includes a complimentary drink on arrival, exclusive tours of the zoo at sunset, after-dark and in the morning, a two-course dinner, a stay at Lookout Lodge, and a full English breakfast.

Whipsnade offers an array of experiences, such as Meet the Animals, Keeper for a Day and Junior Zoo Academy.

There's a variety of food and drink outlets, and parking outside the zoo is free - although you can park within the grounds for a fee.

There is ramp access to many areas of the zoo and a limited number of wheelchairs are available to hire for a returnable deposit.
