About The Reptile Zoo
The Reptile Zoo in Fountain Valley houses over 100 exotic species of reptiles, amphibians, and arachnids from around the world. Visitors observe and interact with these animals through various experiences. The facility offers a Picture with a Constrictor encounter where guests can interact with Sunshine, a 12-foot Burmese Python. The Jr Zookeeper for the Day program provides hands-on education about exotic reptiles, including participation in animal feeding and enrichment activities. Private Animal Experiences combine a guided tour with 20 minutes of hands-on interaction with an animal of choice. Private Feeding Experiences allow visitors to participate in feeding sessions. The indoor facility remains open daily and welcomes all guests, including those using wheelchairs. The zoo's wheelchair accessibility ensures families of varying abilities can explore the collection together.
