The ASU FIDM Museum in Los Angeles is a fashion museum housing a collection of over 15,000 pieces spanning more than 400 years of fashion history. Visitors explore haute couture and ready-to-wear garments, world dress, film costumes, accessories, jewelry, textiles, fragrance packaging and ephemera. The museum features rotating exhibitions that showcase different aspects of fashion and design. As part of the ASU FIDM fashion school, the museum provides access to its collections through exhibitions and research opportunities that engage both students and the public. The museum operates during exhibition periods on Wednesdays through Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. The facility is located at the ASU California Center Grand in downtown Los Angeles, with the museum entrance on the ground floor. Hour-long tours of exhibitions and behind-the-scenes museum storage are available by appointment.
