About Queens Botanical Garden

Queens Botanical Garden features the Ankhlave Garden Project, a garden-wide art exhibition created in collaboration with Ankhlave Arts Alliance. Visitors explore tree-lined avenues with manicured gardens and flowering plants across the 39-acre site in Flushing. The garden offers Math in Bloom, an exhibition discovering the beauty of mathematics in nature, and seasonal youth programs with hands-on gardening for kids. Volunteers can join farm community days or horticulture community days to learn gardening basics and work directly with plants. Children age 3 and under visit free. IDNYC cardholders receive free admission on Wednesdays from April through October. Active military members and up to five family members qualify for Blue Star Museums free admission. Cool Culture offers free admission for up to five family members, excluding festival days. November through March provides completely free admission. Flushing Town Hall Individual Members receive half-price admission for two people.
