Old Westbury Gardens preserves a early 20th century American country estate in Old Westbury, New York, where visitors tour Westbury House and explore the surrounding landscape and gardens. The estate offers guided experiences including the Secrets of the Service Wing Tour, which reveals the behind-the-scenes areas of Westbury House. Programs held on the grounds include yoga classes set among the gardens and hands-on workshops such as pressed flower bookmark creation. Visitors should bring comfortable walking shoes, water, binoculars, and sun protection. Dogs are not permitted except on designated Dog Weekends, and ADA service animals only are allowed. Tickets are sold online through the gardens' website. The gardens operate daily except Tuesdays, with final admission at 4:00 p.m. for general visitors.
