Rocksteady Climbing Gym is an 11,000-square-foot indoor bouldering facility in Setauket–East Setauket where visitors climb on walls without ropes or harnesses, using thick padded mats for safety. The gym features over 6,000 square feet of climbable terrain across diverse bouldering walls and twenty-foot auto-belays. A dedicated children's section welcomes climbers as young as five with adult supervision. For serious climbers, a specialized training room contains a twelve-by-twelve-foot adjustable Tension Board 2 along with strength and conditioning equipment, plus a separate yoga room for recovery work. The facility also includes work and lounge areas with WiFi, equipment rentals, a gear shop, a snack bar, and a private party space. Bouldering requires no prior experience, and staff provide gym introductions to newcomers. The gym is open daily and welcomes climbers of all skill levels, from beginners to advanced athletes.
