About Break Rage

Break Rage is a rage room in Yonkers where visitors smash objects as a form of stress relief. After a safety briefing, participants put on protective gear including a motorcycle helmet, face protection, overalls, and gloves, then enter a destruction space armed with bats, hammers, and golf clubs. The venue supplies items to break across multiple categories: small objects like bottles, records, and toys; medium items such as laptops, keyboards, and speakers; and large items including tables, desks, and televisions. Visitors can play their own music during their session and choose from six different packages ranging from fifteen to thirty-five minutes of smashing time. Sessions accommodate individuals or groups of up to eight people. The activity suits anyone seeking an outlet for stress or tension through controlled, supervised destruction. Break Rage publishes admission prices online for each session tier.
