Tri State Exhibition Center is a multipurpose rental complex specializing in agricultural events like horse and livestock shows. Visitors attend competitions, concerts, festivals, and private events across multiple venues on 92 acres at the foot of White Oak Mountain in McDonald, Tennessee. The facility features the Bess Neil Arena, a covered main arena with stadium seating and sound system for horse shows and dog competitions. The J. Max Everhart Arena serves as a warm-up space or standalone venue. The Event Center is a fully enclosed, climate-controlled arena with a 125-by-100-foot area and eighty stalls for stock shows and concerts. Five barns provide 294 total stalls with RV hookups, water, and power access. Additional facilities include the Ag Event Hall seating up to 285 people, a Hospitality Room, and a Show Office. The center hosts the annual Bacon Festival, Circus, Fall Festival, and Halloween Haunted Trail.
