About Hunter Museum of American Art

The Hunter Museum of American Art in Chattanooga presents a collection of nearly 3,000 works of American art in galleries filled with paintings, drawings, sculptures, and new media. Visitors explore exhibitions such as Daniel "Attaboy" Seifert: Upcycled Garden, Jessica Wohl: I Dreamed You Were Here, and Rondell Crier: Flights of Hope and Healing. The museum sits on an 80-foot bluff overlooking the Tennessee River in downtown Chattanooga's arts district.
