About Neighborhood North - Museum of Play
Neighborhood North - Museum of Play is Beaver County's first children's museum where families engage in hands-on, arts-rich, play-based learning experiences. Visitors explore interactive exhibits including the Measurement and Sorting Exhibit, designed for ages 0–10, where children investigate concepts of division, fractions, and conservation through modular activities. The Digital Maker Space introduces elementary and middle school students to coding, 3D printing, and digital tools like Makey Makey and Hummingbird robots. The museum also hosts educational classes, recreational opportunities, and artistic experiences accommodating different learning styles and developmental abilities. Afterschool programs encourage students to explore ideas, build confidence, and collaborate. The museum focuses on removing barriers to equitable access for all families regardless of background or ability. Located in Beaver Falls, Pennsylvania, it operates Wednesday through Saturday mornings, with field trip options available on Tuesdays. Tickets are sold online through the venue's website.
