Genesee Country Village & Museum offers "Spirits After Dark" walks through its historic village during October, where visitors explore a living history museum spanning dozens of restored buildings and heritage breed animals across its grounds. Fall workshops teach traditional crafts in working kitchens, breweries, print shops, and gardens. The museum hosts special events including the Agricultural Fair, Celtic Faire, and Fiddler's Fair, with trick-or-treating and historic dining available seasonally. Daily general admission is charged and varies by age group and season; tickets are sold online through gcv.org. A visit suits families, history enthusiasts, and those interested in learning heritage trades and skills. Active-duty military personnel and up to five immediate family members receive free daily admission. AAA and CAA cardholders, military veterans, and college students with valid ID receive discounted admission rates. The museum is located in Mumford, New York.
Hours: Wednesday – Sunday: 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. (May 2 – September 6, 2026)
