About Memorial Art Gallery

Memorial Art Gallery features 7,000 years of art in its galleries, from still-life paintings in the Forman Gallery to Rube Goldberg contraptions and contemporary works on paper. Visitors explore exhibitions like Hugo McCloud: to everything there is a season, attend concerts on the Italian Baroque Organ in the Fountain Court, and join MAG Highlights Tours. The Creative Workshop offers classes ranging from paint-and-snack sessions to multimedia works on paper, while the Centennial Sculpture Park welcomes visitors to touch sculptures. A visit suits families with children age 18 and under, college students, and University of Rochester affiliates. The museum is in Rochester, New York, and offers a $2 discount on general admission tickets when ordering online. Bank of America cardholders get free admission during the first full weekend of each month, and Monroe County Library passes grant free admission for children age 18 and under plus two adults. Details appear at mag.rochester.edu.
