Galveston Children's Museum, now located on the second floor of the Discovery Pyramid at Moody Gardens, features interactive exhibits including Our Town with a fishing boat, market, and pizzeria, plus a Turtle Clinic with scales and X-ray machines. The Building Zone contains Legos and sand activities, while the Tinker Workshop offers tools for inventions, and the Stroke of Genius exhibit presents art inspired by artists. A Calm toddler space called Room to Grow serves younger visitors, and outdoor exhibits include water tables and oversized blocks. Most families spend one and a half to two hours exploring the museum's hands-on STEAM activities. Children ages zero through ten are welcome, though all must be supervised by an adult. General admission is fifteen dollars per person for ages two and up. Seniors sixty-five and older and active military pay twelve dollars per person, according to galvestoncm.org.
