About Galveston Island Waterpark

Galveston Island Waterpark features the MASSIV Monster Blaster, an award-winning uphill water coaster that climbs the park's tallest tower before twisting, turning, and dropping riders through splashing descents. The waterpark spans three distinct sections connected by a mile of river attractions, with raft rides, pools, and water coasters throughout. Thrill seekers can experience high-speed slides including Rohr! and the immersive Screaming Serpents body slide, while the Dragon Blaster uses patented Master Blaster technology to propel riders uphill with water jets before dropping 20 feet and racing through dips, tunnels, twists and turns. The park includes pint-sized water playgrounds for younger children, picnic pavilions for groups, and dining options. Located on Galveston Island near Houston, Texas, the waterpark accommodates visitors seeking everything from mild attractions to intense rides. Tickets are sold online through the venue's website.
