About Cernan Earth & Space Center

The Cernan Earth and Space Center is a planetarium in River Grove where visitors attend shows exploring space and Earth science. The center presents planetarium programs from a catalog of different shows, and visitors can observe through telescopes at free telescope observing events. The facility offers specialty camps featuring rockets and lasers, along with programs on careers in space.
