Carrabelle History Museum preserves and shares the heritage of Carrabelle, Florida through rotating collections and exhibits. Visitors explore original artifacts from the town's past, including historic City Hall office relics such as municipal court logs from the 1940s, original ballot boxes and paper ballots from local elections, and a 1953 Underwood Standard Typewriter. The museum features a Military Veterans Tribute Exhibit honoring local service members from World War I through Vietnam, showcasing artifacts shared by veteran families. Special exhibits rotate throughout the year, exploring topics like Carrabelle's early postal service, African American pioneers and notables, and the town during the 1930s.
