Slime Lab in Carol Stream is Chicago's first DIY slime-making workshop where visitors of all ages create custom slimes from scratch. During a signature workshop, guests stir basic ingredients to bring their slime to life, then sprinkle in custom colors, scents, charms, and add-ins to make each creation uniquely their own. The hands-on experience includes stretching, snapping, and squishing the finished slime. The facility offers signature workshops where participants make slime to take home, as well as birthday and custom slime parties in private party rooms. Group events accommodate field trips and summer camps with options including a classic slime lab experience where each child creates two custom slimes, or a mini slime experience where each creates one. The venue was designed as a hands-on escape from screens, emphasizing sensory play through texture, color, movement, and creativity for families seeking connection and shared memories.
