The property includes a Pioneer Village with restored homes from the 1920s and 1930s, showing how families lived in pre-electric and post-electric eras. The concrete masonry building itself features distinctive Spanish, Mission, and Moorish architectural details, including a keyhole entryway and carefully placed windows for natural light. The upstairs auditorium, historically used for community gatherings, remains part of the tour experience.
