About Museum of Contemporary Art, North Miami

Museum of Contemporary Art North Miami, housed in the Charles Gwathmey–designed Joan Lehman Building, displays rotating contemporary art exhibitions and works from its permanent collection. Visitors explore galleries featuring works such as the Permanent Collection Focus exhibition "Anchors of Light" and the Teen Art Force exhibition "Antithesis." The museum offers public art tours available Wednesday through Sunday that provide creative exploration of the galleries. Educational programs include Sunday Stories for children ages one through five, held on the first Sunday of each month. The venue hosts regular events such as Conversations at MOCA, Jazz at MOCA, and the MOCA Book Club Discussion Meeting. Service animals are welcome. The museum is located in North Miami and publishes its hours and admission prices online, with tickets sold through the museum's website.
