About The Craig and Barbara Weiner Holocaust Museum

The Craig and Barbara Weiner Holocaust Museum of South Florida is a museum focused on Holocaust education and learning. Visitors encounter exhibits and educational programs designed to teach historical facts about the Holocaust while drawing lessons from that period. The museum emphasizes how intolerance, anti-Semitism, racism and bigotry led to atrocities, and encourages students to recognize injustice in their own lives. Educational offerings address bullying in schools and help young people develop courage to stand against wrongdoing. The organization, founded by Craig and Barbara Weiner, serves students across American schools through Holocaust education initiatives. A second museum location is under construction on the campus of Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton, with plans to open as an additional resource for Holocaust education. The original museum is located in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, and operates as a nonprofit organization dedicated to broadening awareness among America's students.
