About Exploration Discovery Center
Exploration Discovery Center is a nonprofit children's education and play space with an emphasis on sustainability, designed for children ages 2-12. Visitors explore new exhibits and engaging activities throughout a revamped campus that resulted from the merger of the Children's Discovery Center of the Central Coast with the former Exploration Station. Day passes, available for purchase at the office upon arrival, are valid from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM on the date of purchase, and visitors may leave and return as many times as desired during business hours on that day. The center operates Monday through Saturday and hosts field trips alongside its regular programming.
