About Dr Davies Farm
Dr. Davies Farm is a family-owned operation in Congers that has operated since 1891, now run by the fifth generation of the Davies family. Visitors pick their own apples daily from 10 AM to 4:30 PM, with an on-site ATM for cash transactions and no reservations required. On weekends, the farm offers hayrides, pumpkin picking, and a corn maze during the same hours. The farm stand provides fresh produce and goods. Red Barn Cidery, located on the property, operates Thursday through Sunday with live music and food trucks featured on various days. The cidery hosts seasonal events including paint-and-sip classes and instructed painting nights where guests create fall-themed artwork while enjoying cider and snacks. Pick-your-own peach picking operates during its designated season. Dr. Davies Farm represents the last remaining family farm in Congers, drawing visitors who want to experience traditional agricultural activities and enjoy the cidery's offerings.
