About Chinese Historical Society of America Museum

Chinese Historical Society of America Museum occupies the Julia Morgan-designed Chinatown YWCA building and presents permanent exhibits exploring Chinese American history alongside rotating exhibits on Asian American culture. Visitors explore galleries examining how Chinese Americans and Asian Americans have fought for equity and inclusion in American society.
