Visitors tour an art gallery with changing exhibits, the Charles Burchfield Room dedicated to the artist, a Children's Explore Room for hands-on learning, a nature discovery room, and a history room focused on the West Seneca area. The center offers scavenger hunts throughout park trails and printable activity sheets covering tree identification, bird guides, butterfly guides, and animal tracks. The Born Learning Trail features signs engaging children in learning activities along playground paths. Inside, visitors participate in community art projects at a large conference table. Staff and volunteers lead events and special activities, particularly on school holidays when Bud appears for activities. The facility maintains gallery hours on select weekdays and Sundays, while park lands remain accessible dawn to dusk for nature discovery and outdoor exploration.
