About A.C.C. Moebius Nature Center
A.C.C. Moebius Nature Center in Aurora invites visitors to explore hiking trails and a pond set on natural grounds. The trails and pond remain accessible daily, allowing guests to walk the paths and observe wildlife throughout the year. Aurora residents with proper state licensure may fish in the pond on a catch-and-release basis. The center hosts scheduled events and programs in its barn and main building, where visitors can participate in classes and educational activities led by staff including reptile and amphibian experts. The facility features a picnic pavilion available for small groups, multiple parking areas with accessible spots near the building, gravel driveways, and boardwalk paths connecting to the main center. Dogs are welcome on leashed visits. The nature center sits near Sunny Lake Park and east of State Route 43, offering a woodland destination for outdoor exploration and nature education in Aurora.
