The Maltz Museum features the Featured Exhibition "An American Story," which explores the Jewish experience in America through galleries including the Congregation Mishkan Or Gallery, one of the country's largest collections of Jewish art and religious artifacts. Visitors take docent-led tours of exhibitions, speak with artificial intelligence versions of Holocaust survivor Stanley Bernath and civil rights leader Rev. Dr. Otis Moss Jr., and attend family programs like hands-on Havdalah experiences. The museum's nationally known Stop the Hate program engages Northeast Ohio students in grades 6 through 12 who stand up against bias and bigotry for a chance to win awards. The museum charges admission, with tickets sold online on its website. Individuals and families presenting a SNAP, EBT, or WIC card with valid photo ID receive free general admission through the Museums for All program.
