Winchester Mystery House offers a tour-guide led Mansion Tour through 110 of the mansion's 160 rooms, covering the history and tales of Sarah Winchester's Victorian estate built between 1886 and 1922. The 65-minute Mansion Tour includes complimentary garden access. Visitors can add self-guided Basement Access to explore the mansion's two basements, areas known for reported paranormal activity, with guides available to share stories. An Attic Access add-on provides self-guided exploration of the third floor and rarely seen upper reaches. The Bundle & Save option lets visitors purchase a Mansion Tour or Explore More Tour and add the other for $23 more, saving up to 54 percent off one tour.
