Pullman Exhibit Hall, Chicago

About Pullman Exhibit Hall

Pullman Exhibit Hall offers an 18-minute introductory film featuring historic photographs and quotes that orient visitors to Chicago's first national park. The hall displays artifacts and exhibits highlighting the Pullman family, the town's development, and its lasting impact on American history. Visitors encounter photographs and objects from the organization's collection, including the "Railroaders: Jack Denalo's Homefront Photography" exhibit, which documents men and women who sustained the nation during World War II. The venue hosts rotating exhibits exploring stories that shaped America. The hall provides a natural starting point before exploring the broader Historic Pullman District or visiting the nearby National Park Service Visitor Center in the historic Administration Clock Tower Building. Exhibits showcase the town's architectural significance and its role in labor history and industrial development.
