About Palm Springs Art Museum

Palm Springs Art Museum operates locations across Palm Springs and Palm Desert, where visitors explore contemporary and Western art exhibitions, modernist architecture, and outdoor sculpture. The Architecture and Design Center occupies the Edwards Harris Pavilion, while the Aluminaire House—a 1931 modernist icon constructed of aluminum and glass—stands as a permanent exhibit. The Faye Sarkowsky Sculpture Garden in Palm Desert displays 14 outdoor sculptures and over 60 desert plants across four acres, with works by Donald Judd and Betty Gold. Children under 18 receive free admission always, and free admission applies on Thursdays from 5:00-8:00 pm, funded by the City of Palm Springs.
