About Packa’s Place
Packa's Place is a sixth-generation family farm in Horse Shoe, North Carolina, located about twenty miles south of Asheville in the Blue Ridge Mountains. Visitors explore a pumpkin patch and fall market featuring seasonal pumpkins and gourds, farm-fresh flowers, and home-grown vegetables. The farm also operates a seasonal beer garden open to the public. The property, established in the 1700s, showcases deep family history spanning generations, including stories of Civil War times, World Wars, and the farm's award-winning beefalo herd.
