About Nhra Motorsports Museum

The Wally Parks NHRA Motorsports Museum displays dragsters, land speed vehicles, race cars, customs, and hot rods spanning American automotive history. Visitors explore thirty thousand square feet of permanent and changing exhibitions housed in a historic Art Deco style exposition building on the Los Angeles County Fairplex grounds in Pomona, California. The museum's collection includes one-of-a-kind vehicles telling the story of American hot rodding and motorsports' impact on culture. The facility hosts programs and events throughout the year, including Cars & Coffee, the California Hot Rod Reunion at Famoso Dragstrip in Bakersfield, and the National Hot Rod Reunion at Beech Bend Raceway, alongside educational offerings like the Drag Racing History Video Series and the Youth & Education Services program. Motorsports enthusiasts can convert donations into a complimentary one-year Museum Individual membership including free admission plus a 10% discount on Gift Store merchandise and website purchases, according to nhramuseum.org.
