About Sasse Museum of Art
The Sasse Museum of Art in Pomona presents rotating exhibitions of paintings, sculptures, and other artworks in its gallery located in the Progress Building. Visitors browse current shows featuring art professors, individual artists, and themed collections during open hours on Friday through Sunday afternoons. The museum hosts Art-Talk programs on the first Sunday of each month, where guests hear presentations about art and artists. Monthly receptions on the third Sunday offer opportunities to meet artists and discuss their work. The museum participates in the Pomona Art-Walk on the second Saturday evening, when the gallery extends its hours and joins other local venues in a community art event.
