Ministry of Awe is an immersive art experience housed in a converted 19th-century bank building in Philadelphia. Visitors enter through an ATM and explore eight thousand five hundred square feet of surreal spaces across six stories, including twisting labyrinths, an explorable vault, and a Victorian atrium. The experience features multi-sensory sound and light design alongside live performers who interact with guests based on their participation. Interactive art installations guide visitors through play spaces with exhibits designed for varying engagement levels. A visit typically takes up to two hours to experience the full installation at your own pace. The building is ADA compliant with elevator access to every level except the basement and stairs throughout.
