About Houston Pumpkin Fest

Houston Pumpkin Festival transforms Discovery Green into a festive farmland celebrating fall in downtown Houston. Visitors walk through vibrant displays of pumpkins and gourds of all colors while taking in city skyline views. The festival features a carousel ride, bumper boats, cruiser boats, a 30-foot slide, and the Jumpkin' Pumpkin bounce attraction. Additional activities include a corn pit, hay maze, tree net climber, and boat exploration of the lake. Interactive installations such as the giant pin art, doors of wonder, tunnel of wonders, and sunflower walk provide photo opportunities. A huge piano, massive yellow duck, pumpkin houses, and pumpkin mosaics complement the seasonal atmosphere. Food trucks operate throughout the grounds.
