About Houston Botanic Garden

Houston Botanic Garden features the ViewPoints exhibit inviting visitors to explore iconic spaces throughout the living collections while engaging all their senses in a serene oasis minutes from the city center. The Global Collection Garden showcases plants from around the world, while the Culinary Garden offers culinary arts programs and the Susan Garver Family Discovery Garden includes water play areas and nature play structures. Visitors walk display gardens, natural ecosystem areas, and trails through the Pine Grove and Arid Valley. The Garden hosts educational programming and hands-on experiences including Storytime in the Garden and family craft time, plus seasonal events like Spooky Pooch featuring dogs in costumes. General admission is available daily, with tickets sold online at hbg.org. Members receive a $2 discount per ticket, according to the Garden's website.
