About Gadsden-Pacific Division Toy Train Operating Museum
Gadsden-Pacific Division Toy Train Operating Museum in Tucson features seven operating layouts inside displaying model trains across multiple scales, from miniature Z-scale to rideable 7 1/2" gauge equipment. Visitors walk through exhibits of HO, O, S, G, N and Z-scale trains, explore a restored Rio Grande Steel Sided Caboose from the 1940s, and ride a train that circles the property. The museum also operates a garden layout out front. Volunteers meticulously design new layouts each season with hidden details that emerge over months. The museum is open Sunday afternoons with published hours on its website. A Supporter Annual Pass costs sixty dollars and provides free admission for the pass holder and up to three guests throughout the season, plus a discount on gift shop purchases. More information appears at gadsdenpacific.org.
