Dave's Pumpkins is a family farm in Huntley where visitors pick fresh pumpkins, browse fall decorations, and enjoy seasonal activities. The farm operates as a pumpkin patch with cider donuts and produce for sale. Guests can ride a spooky hay ride through marshes and forests, where decorations depict Caribbean pirates and wildlife including herons and eagles. Children navigate a mini sunflower maze, play pumpkin bowling using real pumpkin balls, and ride old-fashioned pedal tractors in the tractor corral. Additional activities include pumpkin checkers, fog bubbles, and a straw pile. The farm also features antique real tractors on display. Located in rural Huntley, Illinois, about 35 minutes west of O'Hare Airport, Dave's Pumpkins has operated since 1976. The property suits families seeking outdoor fall activities and entertainment without crowds, offering an experience scaled for accessible enjoyment across age groups.
