About Cauley Square Historic Village

Cauley Square Historic Village preserves early Florida agricultural heritage through restored pioneer buildings from the Redland area, centered on a two-story warehouse completed in 1903 by William Cauley. Visitors stroll among Victorian cottages converted into shops featuring antique home decor and repurposed vintage finds. The Tea Room restaurant serves afternoon tea in period Victorian settings. The village also houses The Art Gallery, where painting classes are offered, a Salt Cave and Spa for wellness sessions, and The Village Chalet serving drinks. Private events including intimate dinners and large receptions can be hosted within garden settings. The site reflects a restoration effort beginning in 1979 that transformed condemned buildings into a functional community space honoring South Florida's railroad and farming era. Located in Miami, Cauley Square combines shopping, dining, artistic instruction, and historical interpretation in a single village complex.
