About Austin Aquarium

Austin Aquarium features touch tanks, animal encounters, and thousands of species in northwest Austin off US Highway 183. Visitors interact directly with marine life through feeding and encounter experiences available during their visit. The facility displays sharks and stingrays, lemurs and capybara, rainforest reptiles, and a parakeet aviary. Animal encounter credits can be purchased separately beyond general admission. Children under age two enter free; admission is charged for ages three and older, with tickets sold online through austinaquarium.com. Teachers and first responders receive free admission with valid ID.
