The museum offers courthouse tours of the historic Williamson County Courthouse, ghost tours of the Georgetown Square, and cemetery tours. Educational programs include traveling trunks that bring history to classrooms and community events. Special activities throughout the year feature Pioneer Day at Old Settlers Park, Midsommar celebrations, historic architecture walking tours, and themed events such as Saloon Night and the Cattleman's Ball. The museum also hosts Crafting with Cocktails and Night at the Museum events. A visit suits anyone interested in local history, from school groups to families and adult learners.
