About Reptilandia Zoo

Reptilandia Zoo features the largest and most diverse presentation of reptiles and amphibians in the Texas Hill Country. Visitors walk through eight distinct biomes with naturalistic enclosures and mixed species exhibits, observing animals in temperature-controlled buildings with wheelchair-accessible paths. The facility showcases spacious habitats where reptiles and amphibians thrive, including exhibits with multiple viewing levels that allow observation of animals in trees and on elevated surfaces. The zoo applies scientific research to advance conservation of animals, plants, and habitats worldwide. Groups can arrange birthday parties and special meet-and-greet experiences with animals in the picnic area. A gift shop offers hand-crafted jewelry. The facility welcomes pets on leashes and allows visitors to bring their own food and drinks. Families, children, and reptile enthusiasts of all ages find educational programs and diverse collections here. The zoo operates Tuesday through Sunday, with extended hours on Monday holidays, and tickets are sold online through the venue's website.
