About AIE at Biscayne National Park
AIE at Biscayne National Park operates airboat tours through the Florida Everglades, where passengers glide over marshes and waterways aboard small open vessels with comfortable vinyl seats. The 1-hour semi-private airboat adventure covers approximately 8 miles and accommodates up to 11 guests, offering views of alligators, birds, and turtles in their natural habitat without cages or tanks. A 1-hour private airboat tour is also available for up to 2 people, with additional passengers at a per-person rate. All airboats come stocked with ice and water. Tours depart at scheduled times throughout the day, and the venue welcomes walk-ups subject to availability, though reservations are recommended. Children aged 4 and under ride free on the 30-minute Most Economic Tour, while children under 6 ride free on the semi-private adventure.
