The facility features Raptor Ridge, Discovery Island, and the Honor the Future room among its designated spaces. The Discovery Campus offers school programs scheduled throughout the week, along with lagoon tours, discovery camps, and animal ambassador experiences. Birthday parties and team-building events take place at the venue. Educational outreach includes the Hubbs Trail audio tour, the Galapagos Adventure exhibit, and the Oyster Wattle Experience. A haunted corn maze operates seasonally. The campus opens seven days weekly from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with extended evening hours available for members on Wednesdays.
