World of Racing, Pasadena

About World of Racing

World of Racing in Pasadena features pro-grade racing simulator rigs where visitors sit in motion-platform race seats with steering wheels and pedals to compete on laser-scanned tracks worldwide. The simulator physics replicate real racing behavior, so drivers experience authentic braking points, racing lines, and overtakes. The motion platform pitches forward under hard braking and responds to slides before they happen visually, creating an immersive experience most first-timers say feels real within five minutes. Guests wear headsets to communicate live with friends or other drivers while racing the same track, enabling real-time strategy and competition. The venue offers access to over 200 cars and 200 tracks, from an MX-5 at Long Beach to a lap of the Nürburgring. Sessions run for one or two hours, and tickets are sold online through the venue's website. World of Racing is located twenty minutes from downtown Los Angeles, offers free parking, welcomes walk-ins, and operates seven days a week.
