The Central Athletic Complex in Wheaton houses multiple indoor and outdoor athletic facilities. Visitors can use four basketball courts, four volleyball courts, two batting cages, and indoor soccer training areas for baseball and softball. The complex includes a Large Gym and Kale Gym alongside a multipurpose room suitable for parties and meetings. Outdoor amenities feature one baseball field, two softball fields, two soccer fields, a patio seating area, and a walking path. The facility hosts paid open gym sessions where community members can participate in recreational athletics. Western DuPage Special Recreation Association operates a Rec & Roll Room at the complex, providing an adult day program for eligible participants ages twenty-two through fifty-five with intellectual disabilities. The program emphasizes leisure independence, social interaction, community outings, and service projects, meeting daily and allowing participants to attend between one and five days per week.
