Waterhorse Charters operates guided boat tours and diving adventures from San Diego's Mission Bay. Visitors participate in scuba diving at wreck sites including HMCS Yukon and Ruby E., snorkeling expeditions to the Coronado Islands and La Jolla Underwater Park, and wildlife encounters with sea lions, sharks, and whales. The company offers kelp forest dives at Point Loma and La Jolla, lobster diving during season, and specialized programs including scuba certifications in advanced, wreck, nitrox, and dry suit techniques. Additional experiences include sunset cruises, bird-watching charters, and themed voyages such as jungle-themed pontoon cruises and fireworks viewings. Freediving charters accommodate all skill levels. Group celebrations aboard spacious yachts accommodate up to 27 guests, while private charters serve dive groups of 12 or 21.
