About Venetian Pool

The Venetian Pool is an aquatic facility in Coral Gables where visitors swim in spring water fed from an underground aquifer and refilled daily with over 820,000 gallons. The pool features two waterfalls and cave-like grottos. Since opening in 1923, the facility has served hundreds of thousands of swimmers. A cafe on the premises offers limited food and beverage options, though visitors may bring their own food and drinks—alcohol, glass containers, and coolers are not permitted. Children must be a minimum of 3 years of age and 38 inches tall to enter, with age verification required at entry. The facility operates Tuesday through Friday from 11 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and Saturday through Sunday from 10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., remaining closed on Mondays except for holidays.
