About The Hatchet Hangout

The Hatchet Hangout is Chico's only axe throwing venue, where visitors throw axes at traditional and projected targets with friends or solo. The facility features two pool tables, arcade games, claw machines, giant Connect Four, and giant Jenga for those who prefer other activities. A Full Swing golf simulator offers practice on famous courses like Pebble Beach and exclusive PGA layouts, plus baseball, football, soccer, zombie dodgeball, and ski-ball. The venue welcomes participants eight years and older for axe throwing, with beginners and experienced throwers equally welcome. Staff provide high-end axes, though guests may bring their own. The Hatchet Hangout also serves beer and hosts mobile axe throwing events for weddings, corporate gatherings, and parties. Located in Chico, California, the venue offers golf simulator discounts on Wednesdays and Thursdays, with savings verified at thehatchethangout.com.
