About Tampa Baseball Museum

The Tampa Baseball Museum occupies the former Ybor City home of Hall of Famer Al Lopez and brings baseball history to life through exhibits and programs celebrating Tampa's century-long relationship with the game. Visitors explore the cultural heritage of Ybor City while learning about local baseball history from sandlots to major leagues. The museum operates programs including the Summer Series, Mobile Museum, Fernando's Footsteps, a Paver Program, and Historic Resources of Ybor City. The venue is ADA compliant with wheelchair access via a ramp and accessible restrooms. Trained service animals are welcome. The museum charges admission with different prices for adults, seniors, military personnel, first responders, educators, students, and children. Located at 2003 N. 19th Street in Tampa, the museum is accessible by the TECO Line Streetcar, with nearby parking options throughout Ybor City.
