About Seasonal Farms

Seasonal Farms operates Christmas tree locations across the Phoenix Valley, where visitors select and purchase fresh trees during the holiday season. The farm sources three primary tree varieties: Noble Fir, known for its elegant shape and upward-turned needles with strong branches ideal for heavy ornaments; Nordmann Fir, featuring dark green smooth needles and excellent needle retention, well-suited to allergy-sensitive homes and warmer climates; and Douglas Fir, recognizable by its soft dark green to blue-green needles and sweet fragrance. Visitors browse available trees and choose the right size and type for their homes. The attraction suits families seeking to establish holiday traditions together by selecting a fresh tree. Seasonal Farms maintains multiple locations in Avondale, Chandler, Gilbert, Cave Creek, Carefree, and Phoenix, Arizona. Staff members provide assistance with finding nearby locations, recommending appropriate tree varieties and sizes, and offering care tips for keeping trees fresh throughout the season.
